Let me answer some questions I'm hearing a lot of!

-Nearest Boat Ramp- There is a public boat ramp Gulf side on 33rd street. There's a marina 2 canals away that charges (I think) $20 per pull. It's the marina that Vacation Boat Rentals is located at.

-Boat Rental- 2 canals away is a place called Vacation Boat Rentals. Also Captain Pip's has great reviews. I'm not incredibly knowledgable about either of these though since I've never rented a boat. I suggest calling both for prices before committing to either.

-We try to have beach towels, snorkel gear, coolers, and sunscreen at the house, but this type of stuff tends to sprout legs and walk away, so I cannot 100% guarantee that they will still be there when you arrive. Note these are extra amenities not included in the listing, so if they're not at the house Walgreens is walking distance.

-The grill is a Weber charcoal, guests supply their own charcoal. Clean the grill after use.

- The coffee machine is a normal Mr. Coffee, and the houses are stocked with coffee filters. I also have staples (sugar, salt, fish fry, etc) at the house that people can use just because I hate to waste them after each and every one week stay. Do inventory on what you need though before you head to the grocery, because I can't make any promises.

- We do not have bicycles anymore. If you'd like to rent some there is a place called Wheels 2 Go that will drop them off and pick them up. They rent kayaks and SUPs as well.

- I do not provide baby items since I'm not around to make sure they're up to standard. You can rent baby gear here:  https://www.babyquip.com/?affiliate=keysbungalows (I get a couple dollas if you use my booking link). They're drop off and pick up any and all baby gear you can imagine.

- If you'd like a date night without your kids, The Nautical Nanny specializes in watching kids in their vacation rental/hotel rooms. She's the only one around town who specifically caters to visiting kids, and is very good at what she does. This is her facebook if you want to snoop her out first: https://www.facebook.com/TheNauticalNanny/. She has a great reputation around town if you want a quiet night out.

I am always available to answer questions and help out! It is my personal goal to make sure my guests have a vacation of a lifetime!
